Emails To / From Valerie

 

UPDATE:  August 14, 2008.  I haven't heard back from Valerie on the Bank of America issue, the alleged Kidnapping of Claire accusation, nor has she added information regarding which Officer at the Tarzana PD she exchanged information with.   Below, in white, is my most recent email to her, dated June 26, 2008.

 

Valerie Rose is the eldest of my two daughters.  We have historically had a seemingly positive and normal parent child relationship.  

 

Valerie's segment of the first "Get Some Help" type round robin email was of great interest.  I not sure what most of her content is referring to, and it doesn't sound as if she does either.  Her mention of "paranoia" was rather strange, as was the rest of the content, being as I hadn't yet discussed with her or other family members what I was working on.  How coincidental for her to mention "conspiracy theories" when that term was beginning to cross my mind; based on her behavior and words, and that of others.  As far as her stating "...what you have been saying and doing in recent months is not healthy."

I don't know what she is referring to, nor did she ever say.  When this email was exchanged between us in November of 2007, she was in Pensacola, FL and had been since August, and I was in Oregon for a few weeks.  I couldn't see what she was doing; perhaps the X ray goggles were passed to her?

 

It is worth saying that being as my parents and I have had a historically poor relationship, it was unusual for me to visit them at their home.  I don't think that is what Valerie is referring to, but it opens up that topic.  You bet, I had an agenda for being there; because I knew that I would find some answers.  For the most part, it was more of a lack of answers that confirmed what I suspected.

 

 

I saw Valerie at Christmas, which wasn't the best of gatherings, and on Christmas Eve night, she verbally stated that she and others were not going to "allow" me to take Claire shopping alone earlier that day, because I was "unwell" and they thought that I might kidnap Claire.  This was as we were taking a walk down to the guest quarters late in the evening, after Anna's hostile outburst of "You are Unwell," who also stated that I would not be allowed to take Claire shopping alone.  Eric was also present for Anna's statements, and is also featured on the tape; repeating Anna's words, and adding his own.  Valerie was also present, but chose to remain silent; as she was busily preparing food and washing items at the sink.  

 

 For those of you who haven't had the benefit of being in the Florida Keys; US 1 is a two lane road with much traffic,  especially during the holidays.  Slow going when traffic is flowing either direction, and we were all at Anna's home approximately 20 miles from the terminus.  I think it's safe to assume that any potential "kidnapping" scenario was just their wild imaginations at work, and why would I want to "kidnap" my own daughter when I had just driven 5 full days to see her?  I wanted to relax, and enjoy the holidays. No low speed car chases were on my agenda, nor was any getaway raft waiting at the docks.   

 

Fine. I hadn't brought gifts, and sure wasn't going to purchase any after that less than welcoming greeting on Christmas Eve Morning.   Although I did give Valerie and Claire personal checks as a Christmas gift; because it was what I had planned to do, and I couldn't show favoritism by only giving one to Claire.  

 

I saw Valerie in Juneau  in early April 2008; where she appeared to be much more like her old self.  Let's hope that continues to be the case.   In true family form, none of these unusual events and goings on have been resurrected or discussed.

Update May 15, 2008:  I have emailed both Valerie and Eric the following requests for information and verification beginning last week.  Valerie stated that the Tarzana Police Department requested information about my credit card activity while I was allegedly missing; so I asked her to provide further details.   If my credit card information was given to anyone for any reason; Eric would be the most likely person to have provided it, as he receives my mail at our P. O. Box and would have had immediate access to my statements.  His reply and these emails will be posted in the section Emails To / From Eric.

 

The "possible kidnapping of Claire" accusation by Valerie was so extraordinary to hear, but in line with the literally in my face verbal attack by Anna and Eric earlier that day.  Kidnapping Claire certainly wasn't my plan, and why would Valerie or they have generated a group  dream of such a dramatic and criminal event; when I had never written or spoken about anything like that?

Hi Eric and Val,

It's been a few weeks since I first requested your detailed backup to the questions listed below.  I understand that Valerie has an arm/shoulder injury currently, but there has been plenty of time before that occurred to answer the emails.  Perhaps you can have someone type your answers, if you are not physically able to.  Do not ask Claire to do it; for the time being, she doesn't need to have further involvement in this. 

 Is there some reason why you are not answering the questions I have repeatedly asked you both below about this alleged kidnapping of Claire by me?  Perhaps you can provide the names of the other parties who were involved in sharing that group mindset; as Valerie did mention a "we."

 Val, did you and others believe that I was working alone on that alleged plot, or did your suspicions include others who were going to be working with me on that?  Please list all parties by name, and which side of the kidnapping they were involved with:  prevention, or participation.

  And inquiring minds are still waiting to know who asked for, and who provided the credit card information during some still unspecified time period; when you both and several others, claim that I was "Missing" during the summer of 2007?  Please verify the name of the staffer at Bank of America who provided my credit card information; as there appears to be a conflict with that detail. If more than one person at B of A was involved; please provide all names.  Also, any other bank and staffer who relayed information needs to be named for completing some paperwork.  If none, please state. 

Please provide the exact dates when I was first reported to be "Missing" and by whom, and when you or the name of the person who was notified that I was "Found,"  and by whom.  That information should be on file, once the person who filed the report can recall where.  The information that I have received is inaccurate and conflicting.

 Eric, you stated in Sept. 2007 when I was in Juneau that Anna had shown you a copy of this alleged MP report.  So perhaps if you dig round in your personal papers, you might find a copy?  To date, no such MP report on me is in existence, but many would be highly interested to see a copy of it.  So please have a really good search through your papers. 

Please make your answers as thorough and as detailed as possible.

Hi Eric and Valerie

I am very surprised that you have yet to answer my questions about the accusation by Valerie that I was going to kidnap Claire at Christmas.  As you can see by the insert below; I have been in the Big Fed Database for some time, and have applied for several.

Based on the extremely unusual behaviors and words of my family, yourself, and several former friends over the past year; there will be quite a few questions raised during my next interview. 

Please answer the questions I have previously asked you below, and list any clarifications or concerns that you may have.

It is unacceptable to have such unfounded ridiculous rumors and accusations about my character and integrity as a mother, and possible job applicant, be floating around.  I will not have my employment opportunities limited by the lies of others. 

Any evidence to justify such claims that you have, please forward to me via email.  The Feds like facts, so any recordings, letters, emails, handwritten notes, etc. that you may have would be helpful to their determining my suitability or unsuitability for employment.  I'll be pleased to share any raw data of yours with them. 

To date, the lack of response to these and other numerous questions asked by me to you both, and others, is surprising and does nod in the direction of suspicions being raised by many.
