Sentence one and two are correct.  Sentence three I disagree with.

 Explain exactly what you mean by "sporadic." 

 Sentence 4 and 5.   My sister, Gail Margaret Sanders assisted in the decorating of my vehicle,  and enjoyed cruising around L.A. in it during her visit.  She had her own rented ride parked in the yard, and never suggested we ride in it.  She drove it once during her visit to get a haircut.  

Sentence 6.  Yes, indeed.  I did rent a room from Madame Jade.  Shannon found her to be a very fascinating person, and even took home a business card of Jade's that was on the dining room floor.  Gail and Jade had several lengthy conversations during her visit.  I didn't interact much with her during the time I rented a room from her. 

Sentence 7.  Specify what two year period you are referring to, and provide names of those who were concerned during that time frame, and what they were concerned about.

 1. You have labeled me as mentally ill, based on your interpretation of my website.  Others have referred to it as humorous, highly creative, a great read, and fascinating, and other phrases of praise.   You might not have enjoyed reading my story, but many have, worldwide.

You're way off base here, Mr. Grant.  Apparently, you have failed to comprehend my words as written in this entire segment.  

 Conspiracy?  What "Girlfriends" are you referring to?   Again, please provide full names when you refer to other people whom you state that I am referring to.  UFO's are watching me?  Says who? Dates, times, and other factual details, please.  

Your statements regarding this section of Your Pages 3 of 13 and 4 of 13, Under "Area 51.  UFO's are real" tab  appear to be selectively mixed, muddled, and sound confused.  My exact words from this section, on a few of your points are as follows: 

"When the Mother Ship makes the next flyby; I'm volunteering to hop aboard and make a trip through the time warp to the Pleiades."

As stated in an email series between Gail Margaret Sanders and myself of March 2008, Anna Kathryn Sanders does, or did have,  a copy of a book entitled "The Pleiadian Agenda."  Gail states that she has read Anna's copy.  I have enlarged the typeface of Gail's statement in the email below, and colored it Blue, for your convenience.  I have removed Gail's email address, mine is active.  Note:  Gail is a historically poor speller, and misspelled the book title.   I suggest that you ask Anna Kathryn Sanders  to review her copy of "The Pleiadian Agenda" and let you know if they plan to visit soon.

 You refer to your "Exhibit 1" photos which you have submitted to the Court and to me, and state that they reflect "the highly sexualized nature of Ms. Rose's public persona." 

That is your opinion, and some would disagree with your statement.  You have failed to include Gail Margaret Sanders (an Aunt of my daughters) and Valerie Brittina Rose in the same label standard.  Gail Sanders eagerly and willingly assisted in the decorating of my vehicle and was eager to cruise around the Los Angeles area in it, during her stay in August of 2007.  By her own admission, she took the photos which you are referring to!   Valerie  Rose was, or still might be, an employee of a business selling Adult and X rated materials in Juneau, Alaska.

Craigslist.com  /  Craigslist.org is a very useful website for many people, and for a variety of purposes.  The Personals section I used as a forum for writing my poems; which many found to be intriguing, and sent a reply.  I enjoyed many coffee dates with a full cross section of men.

Please list with complete details, what you mean by your words of "...seem to be exchanges with men that she picked up while "trolling" on www.craigslist.org."

Your use of the word "trolling" is notable.  It's a favorite Juneau expression for looking for prospective dates, and it was used within my family and circle from my teen years on.   Good to see the old home town vernacular is still around. 

 Scheduling a date in well trafficked coffee shop with someone who replies to a personals advertisement on a high profile website, isn't exactly picking up strangers on the street corner.  

 You might want to have a discussion with both Mark Andrew Sanders and Anna Kathryn Sanders about their specific online dating experiences.  Mark Sanders was listed for some time on YAHOO Personals, under the Naples, Florida listings, as someone who made $100,000 or more per year.  He didn't live in Naples, nor has he ever made 100k, as far as I know.  Anna Sanders  was also on one or more online dating services, and she had a long distance relationship with a man named Paul, who is also an attorney.  I have his full name, address, and other information, if she has a memory lapse about that relationship.  

On Page 4 of 13 you state: "It also seems that Ms. Rose believe she has been filmed (or at least observed) in sexual activity by the "Feeders".  

Well, I'm open to hearing anyone's theory as to how two women in Juneau and I could have a discussion, and a man  that I met approximately six (6) months later in Los Angeles, could have known some of the same information discussed in that original conversation, about me.  He stated that he didn't know anyone in Juneau, and had never been to Alaska.  

 "Months later, and thousands of miles away; I had a blind date with someone I met through Craigslist.  As our conversation progressed, he mentioned a key detail which was discussed during the June 2007 "interview" with those who were present, and on the other end of the wire.  There was quite a bit of fascination from some of the men on the receiving end of the feed that my personal grooming habits of "limited landscaping" (ladies, you know what I'm talking about here!) was less than commonly sported by the average L.A. woman.  When asked how he knew about that, being as it was our first date, and we were fully clothed in a public coffee house, his smile said it all.  Our extended conversation and his statements confirmed the obvious."

 We get together now and then, and if any tapes of "Paula the Porn Star "appear on YouTube or other media; I'll know who was the film producer, and the other half of the party; whoever it might appear to look like.  Why would I date someone who I thought was setting me up, or somehow peeking and peeping on me (any ideas how it's being done, Readers?) or not on my team?  Because I'll use any "Tool" I can, to get some answers; except violent methods.

What do you mean by "so-called "poems"?  I wrote my rhyming, rhythmic words and posted them on the Personals section of Craigslist.com.  My physical description is accurate, although the use of the word "beautiful" might be arguable.  Personals ads usually include some sort of physical description of the writer.  

Your own client, Eric Swanson states in an email below that he liked a poem of mine, and it is one which I posted on Craigslist.com as part of my popular series of Personals Ads.  I have removed Eric's email address, mine is active.

I wrote my poems and published my Personals ads specifically to gather information, and to have the opportunity to meet potential new friends.  It was a remarkably effective method.  The responders can be polled, if the Court finds such information to be critical, and their testimony can be requested.  Then we can have an actual head count of who got lucky.

Page 5 of 13, Lines numbered 18 through 22.  Your statements here are false.  I didn't send that material to Shannon McCormick in an email.  You have apparently lifted it from the section "Emails To / From Shannon" but it was never included in an email to her by me.

I find it to be extremely unusual for you or anyone to have such a strong opposition for any new or old information on her murder to be raised, by me or another.

 Please state where I mention "a police cover-up concerning the unsolved murder of Cindy Elrod."  

   You have brought up "police," and in your letter of September 19, 2008 to me you specifically mention the Juneau Police Department.

On page 6 you stated "In her fantasy, she gave police important information about the murder that could have led to apprehension of the killer."   

It's no "fantasy" of mine.  Cindy Elrod is dead, and has been for approximately 25 years.    Your twist of my words are your statements, not mine.  I was interviewed by the Alaska State Troopers, not police.  I believe that every Law Enforcement agency is a separate entity, and views themselves as such; even if you have chosen to lump them into the term "police."  

Yes I have requested copies of the transcripts of my interview(s), as I detailed in the section "Requests to Official and Agencies" and have noted the lack of response from The Alaska Department of Public Safety on the matter.

 An Unsolved Murder?

I was having a quick scan of my inbox and found this email series below.  I've included it as it mentions Cindy Elrod, who was a former roommate of mine who was murdered (still unsolved, as far as I know) in Juneau approximately 25 years ago.  (She, another Juneau girl, and I had shared a mobile home in Juneau for a few months approx. 2 years before.) No, I don't know who killed her.  Yes, I was questioned by the Alaska State Troopers.  Yes, like most events which took place in that Berg, there is much more to the story.  And how's this for "coincidental?"   I was standing on her doorstep the summer evening that she was murdered, as she and I had planned to meet, as I was moving into her home the next day. 

 The Troopers who interviewed me knew that bit of information before I voluntarily shared that information with them.   And when I asked how they knew that particular detail, they chose to not answer fully, or to my satisfaction.   Another person was with me, waiting in a vehicle, when I knocked on her door, but she didn't answer, and we eventually drove away.  The Troopers were also aware of that. 

 And I don't recall if any of the gruesome particulars and methods of her killing were made public, but someone I know said that he saw photos of the scene, and described them to me later.  

 Those who "interviewed / interrogated" me in June of 2007, also asked me about my knowledge of that case, and I gave them the name of the person who described the photos to me.  He was not the person who was with me the night that she was murdered, but he is someone that the two women who were sharing the veiled "Girl's Night Out" in June of 2007,  know intimately.  And those two woman also heard many other details that I shared with AST at a later date, but will not disclose at this time.  

It might be time for someone to have another looksee and perhaps interview those Alaska State Troopers who originally interviewed me.  And I would assume that my interview was recorded, so I'll be sending a request to AST today, and see what sort of reply I receive.  

A quick internet search brought up only this information on Cindy Elrod's murder.  It was such a shocker back then, I expected to find much more information online.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the geographic location of Juneau; it is an isolated community; no roads out of the area, and one must either fly, or take a boat to leave.  Based on the time of day (I believe that her killer was inside the home while I was standing on the stairs, but I didn't know it at that time), people knowing my whereabouts back then, down to the minute; the fact that it remains unsolved doesn't add up.  Perhaps some renewed interest in this case will provide some new clues.  It appears to me, based on the questions that I was asked in June of 2007, that "Nobody" does have a very good idea of Who Killed Cindy Elrod.  And it certainly doesn't sound like a random murder by some wandering wacko drifting through the Big Berg.

Please state where I said all of the items you mention under this topic, as I didn't say "government agents" did anything to my car. 

Missing parts, removal of the trunk lining, then it being replaced without being secured, the radio being tampered with, the piece of the window crank on the floor, missing screws in the trunk and on the door panels are evidence of someone doing unauthorized alterations to my vehicle.  What's your explanation?  Elves?

Page 6 of 13.  The Family Conspiracy. 

  This ground is covered by me, point by point, under some of the Affidavits, and directly under "Emails To / From Anna" which shows the LAPD website with the final answer of:

Under "Email To / From Gail"  which is a section of emails between my other sister, Gail Margaret Sanders.  She has confirmed, in her own words, in an email to me on August 27, 2008 that I "was never missing."  

She also stated in an email of August 27, 2008:

  "and if we all really DID lie about filing a missing persons report on you, can you let it go now!"

 Regarding your statement: "Her sister Anna (the former Trooper), her brother Mark, and her daughter Valerie all attest to having filed the report, and they have absolutely no reason to lie about it."  appears to be false.

The Affidavit of Valerie Rose doesn't state that she filed a Missing Person report. 

In fact, what she does state is: "I have never viewed a copy of the missing person's report or the findings of the Tarzana police department myself,..."

 Anna's Affidavit states on Page 3 of 8, Item 7.  "I called the LAPD station in Tarzana, and filed a missing persons report." 

She does not provide details such as filing date, the name of the clerk or officer to whom she made this report, or any other information to prove why, or when she filed this alleged report.

Anna has refused to answer any of my questions about this report with any verifiable details, although I have asked her to do so several times; in person, in writing, and over the telephone.  Click here to listen to the Voice Mail message she left me in November of 2007 regarding this alleged report.  

 I have misplaced Mark's Affidavit, and don't recall what his version of the story is.

THE FACTS ARE: 

No copy of any LAPD Missing Persons Report has been shown to me by anyone.  

I have not been given any dates of when I was allegedly first reported "Missing" and any "Found" date, or any details about the incident.

 I know that I was never missing from anywhere at any time during 2007, and can probably match up receipts if or when a specific time frame is given.   Cash is King! and any gaps in my spending patterns might indicate that I was burning through the greenbacks.  As I have previously stated under "Daily Items and Updates" section:  

"Visa. We know where you are, even if you don't." 

Gail Margaret Sanders has stated that she knows that I was never Missing.  She also has stated that others have lied about this event, as stated in her August 27, 2008 email.  

I am very curious as to why my family and others want to claim that I was an MP during 2007, and why they are going to such lengths to attempt to prove their claim.     

Your statement "Yet Ms. Rose has become completely obsessed with proving that the report never existed." is false.
 

Your statement: "To what purpose she never says, but it is a delusional theme that runs throughout the website."  is vague, although I assume you meant for it to relate to the one before.  

  I have a full and interesting life, and enjoy many activities.  I have repeatedly asked family members to produce the report, but they have not, as of November 3, 2008. 

Seems reasonable to me and to most folks I've spoken with, that if someone filed a missing persons report on me; asking about it is a very smart idea, and a copy should have been immediately available.  Nothing "delusional" about that!

Why don't you reach round and grab a Thesaurus, Mr. Grant?  I'm rather bored with your overused and  incorrect application of that word, in reference to me or my writing.

Page 7 under Affidavits of Family Members and Others.  

I disagree with much of the content of the Affidavits I have read, and most likely will disagree with the content of those I haven't yet reviewed.  

As of November 4, 2008, I have posted my comments under the Affidavits of Elaine Schroeder, Ph.d, Valerie Brittina Rose, Shannon Marie McCormick, and Eric William Swanson.  Due to time constraints, my comments and backup material that will be  provided are not yet fully completed; I expect to add more to most, if not all, at a later time.  

As I've misplaced the Affidavit of Mark Andrew Sanders, I am unable to review his exact words. 

On Page 8 of 13 of this Motion posted above, Mr. Grant states "He describes the fear that Claire demonstrated during her visit with her mother at Christmas of 2007."  

That's news to me, as I have some photos of Claire that I took of her outside Anna's house, as she was happy to pose for me, and for another photo op with a sign I had made for another story I have written "CAMELYACHT",  and there is no evidence of fear on her face. 

In my opinion, Claire was being heavily "coached" as to what she could say to me, and I observed that her overall demeanor and attitude was not her usual sunny self.  The daylight photos were taken during my stay  of Christmas 2007 at the home of Anna Sanders, and during the very limited time (one of the two five minute increments that I had alone with her) and the evening photos were taken while Eric and Valerie were somewhere nearby.  

 I last saw Mark Andrew Sanders in December of 2007.  He weighed over 300 pounds, was sporting a "bourbon tan" (in addition to a his skin being darkened by sunlight)  drank copious amounts of beer during my short stay, and made phone calls to friends while sitting outside near the lagoon; as is his pattern of behavior while drunk.  Mark Sanders has a long history of extreme alcohol abuse.  He has drank regularly, and heavily, for more than two decades.  

  It is highly possible that the effects of extreme alcohol abuse have clouded his judgment, and  have diminished his ability to make rational statements.  

 Mark Sanders also has a history of smoking marijuana, which may or may not be illegal in the state of Florida.  I have personally observed him smoking marijuana on more than one occasion, on the property of Anna Sanders on Cudjoe Key, Florida.  

Anna Sanders is fully aware of Mark's excessive drinking, as she has complained about it to him, me, and others several times in the last few years while he has lived in her home.  She is also aware of his drug use, and she allowed pot smoking to occur on her property by Mark Sanders, and others.  

 On Page 8 of 13, while discussing Eric William Swanson and his Affidavit; Mr. Grant made the statement "He went far out of his way to take Claire to Key West in December of 2007 so that she could see her mother in a controlled environment."  

That is a true statement as it relates to the physical distance between Juneau, Alaska and the Florida Keys, and the fact that the environment was very controlled by the open hostility exhibited to me by most of my family members and Eric upon my arrival and during my stay.

1. Eric Swanson had Claire for Christmas Break of 2006.   

2.  Eric Swanson began planning a vacation to the Florida Key for both himself and Claire, on or before May 27, 2007. ( see email series Komfortable Koach Klass under "The Beagle Brays.") I was not consulted, but had been invited to attend.  I was not allowed to have any private conversations with my daughter Claire; mostly due to the interruptions of Anna Sanders and Eric Swanson the few times I attempt to speak with Claire privately in a bedroom.  My time alone with her was approximately five minutes in length, during my stay from the night of December 23, 2007 until I departed about noon on December 27, 2007; while I was taking photographs of her in the yard at the home of Anna Sanders on Cudjoe Key.   

In fact, as I have previously explained; he engaged in acts of coercion against me, with the preplanned assistance of Anna Sanders, to keep me from being alone with Claire.  

3.  Christmas 2008 should be mine, as Eric William Swanson's 2007 plans, and actions, did not allow for me to exercise my visitation during that year.    

4.  Eric William Swanson has already broken our current Child Custody Agreement which has been in effect since 2006.  He refused to cooperate or to schedule my Summer 2008 visitation with Claire; either in Juneau, or elsewhere.  I made repeated efforts to do so, which he ignored.  (See "Emails To /From Eric" section)

 Under Relief Request, Pages 10 through 12:

A.  I completely disagree with each statement and point Mr. Grant has made in these sections, and throughout much of this Motion; even if I didn't mention something specifically.

B.  My website http://www.frozenfiefdom.com shall remain online.  

C.  Printed distribution of "Frozen Fiefdom" is currently under consideration, and I shall consider that option once this Child Custody hearing is held, and this matter is resolved to my satisfaction.  

 Page 12 of 13  Conclusion

 Mr. Grant's statements about the state of my mental health are wrong, incorrect, unjustified, and untrue.  

I'm the same woman that I've always been, perhaps even better!  Having an inquisitive mind, uncovering wrongdoing, and asking questions might not always be popular, but that's me.  

I love my daughter Claire more than I can say.  If she no longer knows that to be true, it isn't because of something  that I have said, or have done to her.    I am using legal channels to regain access to my daughter.   I expect the Court to be fair, and want to believe that expectation will be met.
